Drowning Prevention

Drowning is no joke. In over half of teenage drownings, the bystanders stated they didn't get help because they thought the victim was kidding. In one of the articles below, lifeguards even admitted to not helping a drowning victim because they thought the person was playing around. Please don't "play" drown. Death can occur in as little as 4 minutes. If you see something, get help immediately. Every second counts.
